1. Introduction
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all products and services offered by Millet Mothers. Pick Pay Pack is the official operating entity for payment processing and refunds.
2. Scope
This policy covers daily lunch subscriptions, monthly subscriptions, takeaway orders, beverages, snacks, promotional offers and online payments.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before meal preparation for the applicable day begins. Requests after preparation has started may not be accepted.
4. Takeaway Orders
Takeaway orders can only be cancelled before food preparation starts. Prepared or dispatched orders cannot normally be cancelled.
5. Order Modification
Changes to delivery address, meal preferences or delivery dates are subject to operational feasibility and should be requested in advance.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved for duplicate payments, failed transactions where payment was captured, orders cancelled by Millet Mothers, or inability to provide service in the customer's location.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for change of mind, incorrect delivery information, customer unavailability, delivered meals, meals already prepared, or delays caused by traffic, weather or force majeure.
8. Subscription Pause
Where operationally feasible, subscriptions may be paused or rescheduled with prior notice. Approval is at the sole discretion of Millet Mothers.
9. Failed Payments
If an amount is debited but no order is confirmed, customers should wait for bank reconciliation. If not automatically reversed, support will assist after verification.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, generally within 5-10 working days. Actual credit timelines depend on the bank or payment gateway.
11. Payment Gateway Charges
Convenience fees or payment gateway charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable unless required by law.
12. Force Majeure
No refund obligation shall arise for delays or disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, internet failures or other events beyond reasonable control.
